China; People's Republic, Intact Mint and Used Collection, mounted n.h. to l.h. and ungummed in 2 Minkus albums to 2001, starting with 1st issue (earlies reprints) and reasonably complete mint or used from 1950 on, incl. #245a-248a, 344a, 542-559 except #544, mint or used sets through 1963, mostly mint after that, weak in Cultural Revolution period though better 1970-71 sets, all mint from 1970 on and virtually complete from 1973 to 1994 (scattered complete sets after that) and incl. #1383a, 1399, 1452, 1492, 1540-41, no "M" values, generally Fine to Very Fine.
