U.S.; Proprietary Issues, 1898, 5¢ Brown Orange, Hyphen-Hole Perf, Plate Imprint Block of 6, #RB31p, N.h., right #9444, rich color, well centered, Very Fine to Extremely Fine and rare. A block of 12 sold in auction last spring for $1900 hammer. 3rd plate only used for hyphen-hole where all plate markings are only on left or right .
