No. 1, Manila on May 15, 1899 midway during the Philippines insurgency duties, on the way to the Philippines, she ran aground near Camiguin Island north of Luzon on 2 Nov. 1899, cover advertises the Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado Beach, CA, nice collateral item, Fine to Very Fine. The Charleston was the ship that took Guam June 20-21, 1898. Estimate $350-450.
