Worldwide, Intact 1942 Collection, in 23 oldtime Scott "Ne Plus Ultra" 1942 albums, mint and used on earlier period, mostly mint 1920's on, most countries somewhat represented, interesting that value tens to be in the smaller or more difficult countries, better scattered throughout, incl. French Colonies, Swiss, Montenegro, Liberia, Denmark, Cuba, Thailand, decent Commonwealth with G.B. incl. Mulready envs. 1d, 2d, Straits Settlements, Bermuda, Seychelles, one album of India, 1935 Jubilees apparently complete for common design, some adherence issues due to the albums (most with cover mildew issues) lying flat for so many years, excellent colors and one of the freshest looking collections we have come across in some time, Fine to Very Fine overall.
