U.S.; General Issues, 1997 29¢ Rose Die Cut 9½, Imperforate and Missing Colors, #3054, pl. #7777 and #777, miscut roll of 93 from the original roll of 100, showing 1st 37 pos. imperf with pl. #7777 (#3054a); 38th mostly missing black, #39-53 imperf and with black omitted (#3054e); 54th black omitted transition imperf at left, die cutting at right, 55-56 with shifted die cut (pl. #777 only), magenta shift is double (known on another roll like this), 57th pos. black omitted and mostly missing other colors with shifted die cut; 58-63 black, yellow & green omitted (#3054b), die cutting slightly shifted; 64th copy trace of magenta only, 65-97 all colors omitted with die cuts, #89-93 written on, other then tears at top #4th and 8th copy, fresh, Very Fine and unusual. This has not been on the market and is probably the 4th roll to appear on the market and the 1st with #777(7). APS (2008) cert. which inaccurately states #3054f exists but actually is #3054e.
