To France, Port Said #26 and Somali Coast #45 (2) tied to registered envelope by Dirre Daoua 29-11/07 Abyssinie c.d.s., Sarthe Dec 16 transit and Paris Dec 17 receiving cancels on reverse, in July 1907 the Ethiopian government permitted the opening of a French post office at Dirre Daoua to accept foreign mail, this arrangement lasted until May 1908, rate was 25c for internal mail, 25c for mail to France and 25c for registry fee, Fine to Very Fine, Sismondo (2007) cert. A very rare piece .
