U.S., Airmail: 1937, Round the World Zeppelin Flight, #C21-C22, cover started in New York, 1937 China Clipper 20¢, 50¢ cancelled Apr 19, 1937, cover was prepared for first flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong via clipper, San Francisco Apr 21, 1937 transit on reverse, flight cachet in blue, then sent to Penang by Imperial Airways, 6 MY 1937 cancel, sent to Amsterdam by K.L.M., 10.V.37 receiving cancel on reverse, sent to Brazil via Air France (missed the last flight of the Hindenburg), Dutch adhesives tied by 15.V.37 cancels, received in Brazil 18.V.37 (backstamp), sent to U.S. by Pan-Am, Brazil adhesives cancelled 20.V.37, corner fault on #C22, still a wonderful historical piece, photocopy of map of route incl., plus story from Linn's in 1974 about a similar cover, Fine to Very Fine.
