Russia and Related: Extensive Collection, 2300 used and mint in Scott specialty album to 1940, only missing a handful of high value items for completion, noted #2 used, 6 mint, including Semi's, Airs, Offices in China and Turkey including #61-199 complete. mint (city overprint issues), plus strong Civil War issues including Army of the N.W. #1-14 mint, Armenia, Siberia including #110 mint with APS cert., Ukraine, etc., few dubious overprints as to be expected, but condition much better than usually seen, overall fine to very fine.
