Japan, 1945 "Enemy Country Surrender" Cover Group, Scarce group of 4 philatelic covers bearing 10s blue imperf, two unaddressed franked with single and block of 4 postmarked at Aichi on July 12, 1945 and two are addressed to different individuals, but both are sent from Ishida Tomohiko at Tokyo Imperial Hotel with July 19, 1945 postmarks, still an elusive group of this stamp on cover which is supposed to be almost non-existent, Fine to Very Fine lot. According to Robert Spaulding who wrote of similar cover in his article, these covers are likely philatelic and backdated by favor, still an elusive group of this stamp on cover which is supposed to be almost non-existent.
