Confederacy, 1863, 2¢ Brown Red, Strip of 4, Single, Forwarded Cover, #8, strip of 4 and single, tied on battered cover, either addressed to Clinton, Louisiana or Jackson, Louisiana, it is surmised that it was originally lightly canc'd. and postmaster put ms. Clinton, La Nov 21/63, Clinton crossed out and wrote in Jackson in blue crayon, short forwarding (14 miles between the two towns), no additional postage were affixed, back flap missing, still a very interesting cover, Fine.
