Aerospace; Rocket Flights, Exceptional Intact U.S. Collection, Few hundred mounted on pages to Dec 1958 (E-Z#17C4), starting with 1904 McConnellsville, NY mint "Rocket Ship" (Schoendorf illust. #120), continues with #1C1-1C2, 1D1-2, unlisted JUN 8, 1931 "First Rocket Glider Flight From ms (Baderfield), Atlantic City, NJ ms "6/4" and signed by pilot Volpin, 5C1 (28 exist), continues with apparently examples of all flights (2 of #3C1 - one signed), cover variations, also additional flights related (ex. 1933 F.D.R. Century of Progress covers), collateral material incl. unadopted design by Bacharack, proofs and essays of adhesives, panes, die proofs of 8B1 embossed on cards, many covers signed, 1936 Canadian Rocket flight and adhesives incl. Niagara Falls labels, missing the rare #13CA1-2, 14C1-2 (V-2), 22C-1, occasional dupl., the best rocket mail collection we have ever offered .
