U.S.; General Issues, 1882, 6¢ Rose, Re-Engraved on Cover, #208, used on stamp dealer's cover that went from Trenton, NJ to New York City, Sep 11 (1883) cork and cds in black, image of Scott #205 was used as a cachet, which was illegal, hence the black h.s. heel print over the image, mostly unusual item, Fine to Very Fine.
