China, 1896, 1c, 2c With French Offices 5c, on Cover, #16-17, vertical pair of 1c and single 2c Dowager tied by blue chops, sent 1896 to England via Shanghai where French adhesive was affixed (tied by Shanghai c.d.s., customs c.d.s. from Shanghai on reverse, few light soil spots on cover and around 2c, otherwise Fine to Very Fine.
