U.S., 1851-57, 3¢ "Pre-Stamped" Embossing Cover, #11, 3¢, pos 25L1L, nice margins all round, that was probably added on the left side accidently, prior to sending of the cover to the printers for embossing, as a result the stamp has the embossing from the company, Swan of Montgomery, Alabama, highly unusual and attractive oddity, Fine to Very Fine.
