France nice collection in Minkus album.
1849/1971 couple thousand mostly mint from 1902 on, better items including used 1-2, 7, 9, 21, 38-42, 45-48. mint 96, 101, 126 (faulty), 132, 137, B12-19, B24-369, C16-36, B114 missing overprint (no cert.), very comprehensive in mint sets to 1967, some early with faults including few regummed but condition is better than normal for these issues, later material is F or better, some n.h. worth a close look.
