Taiwan, 1951 UPU Folder, for the 13th UPU Brussels Congress, consisting of 7 ungummed sets mounted on the pages for 1947 to 1951 incl. Geese set of 4 (cat. $2345), ½ of each page facing the stamps has a heavy black ink which slightly ages the top ½ of the adhesive page, folder in nice condition.
