With Straits Settlements #40 and 42 tied by unreadable cancel, with refused and U.S. charge to collect 48 cents and U.S. #J15-16, J18, J19 (4) tied with magenta cancels (stamps are mostly faulty), backstamps of Poughkeepsie May 2, and May 9, 1886, cover with creases and tears, still an interesting cover, with small enclosure, Very Good.
