Bosnia & Herzegovina: specialist lot, a very unusual accumulation of several hundred mint and used on stockpages, 1900 to Scenic issue, mixed perfs., double perfs., compound perfs., etc., plus large group of first issue Dues with various perfs., noted 9¼ x 12½ and reverse, 10½ x 12½, 9¼, etc., some early material looks like printers waste (imperf. by various perfs), but still seldom seen, excellent group for the specialist, Fine to Very Fine.
