India: 1855-64, ½a Blue, on "Mutiny" Letter, SG #37, mailed from Calcutta on 21 Nov 1857 by Lt. Williams of the Engineers, to Lahore, reporting the status of Major Ommaney's account in the "Engineer Retiring Fund", arrived in Lahore on 24 Jan 1858, the delay due to the ongoing mutiny in the region, nice historical item, Fine to Very Fine.
