The so-called Colman issue described in Luff specially prepared special printings, were pulled in 1894 when the stamp contract were given to the Bureau of Printing & Engraving. PSAG (2011) certs for each. , 3 sheets printed, 48 sets possible (2 sets imperf), some faulty .
