Examples of the $5.00 Proprietary Issue almost invariably have faults, due to the stamp's large size and the nature of its use. 2017 P.S.E. cert.
Scott $11,000. Kingsley book contains a table showing 2,109 ordered and records only 119 copies extant, only 74 were sold on Violet paper, not seen on the market in many years .
