Lot 1342		India, Mostly Mint Collection 1854 to 1946, Extensive collection on 18 album pages starting with nice sound unused copies of 1854 ½a blue (SG #6), 1a dull red (SG 14), 2a green (SG 31) and used 4a blue & red (SG 23), 1855-64 o.g. except for no gum 8a blue paper, 1a brown, 2a rose, 2a buff and nice fresh appearing 4a green (SG 47) with upper left corner skillfully repaired; then complete run to 1946 o.g. with only 1866 small "Postage" green ovpt (SG 68) used and very few no gum stamps (as indicated on the album page), with complete sets of Edward VII, GV, GVI, etc. (no back-of-the-book, Convention States or Feudatory States (please see the other collections in this section for these areas)), overall nice condition with fresh bright colors, a collection carefully put together by a discerning collector which is rarely offered intact, please inspect, Fine to Very Fine.
