U.S.; General Issues, 1860, 90¢ Blue, #39, all-over cancel, "some scissors blunted perfs at upper left….short corner perf at bottom right", nicely centered, better copy than normally seen; blunted perfs top left and short bottom right corner perf, Fine for this. Most used examples of the 90¢ 1860 Issue have either a circular datestamp, standard killer or pen cancel. 2017 P.F. cert.
