December 13, 1898, reg. 2¢ green entire with 10¢ green small banknote added, strike a little light on right side and some minor soiling on cover to St. Louis, Very Good to Fine. Unknown in Whittlesey, although Elkhorn operated 8 years in 19th century, this is first cover recorded from this Marion Cty office during that period. Provisional rarity 6 .
