Moreau of New York City, promoting the virtues of stamp collecting and showing the ½¢ through 10¢ small Queen mint values mounted on the advert., plus a mint 10¢ U.S. Columbian issue mounted on reverse (some mount stains on page at right), stamps as mint cat. $1500+ today, very unusual item, Fine.
