France: Extensive Collection to 1986, Few thousand in 4 Schaubek albums, virtually complete and mostly used to #105, mostly mint after that with listed Scott and Yvert numbers, most classics with 4 margins including #7, many Yvert listed shades, 1900-24 Liberty mostly mint with various types, mint 1900 "Rights of Man" on with booklet panes 1937 on, 1916- 19 Grande Consomnatin paper varieties, missing few early souvenir sheets, but including 1937 PEXIP sheet, plus study of the Liberte issues with all booklet panes as listed by Schaubek, all of the booklet panes of 1950?s on, few minor faults on major pieces, but above average overall and more complete per Yvert numbers than usually seen. Owners (2002) cat. $24,000 (FF converted at .1612).
