"Should be Millville P.O stamp" (rather than Washington, DC) because model uses Millville, VA as originating post office, small notches out of top and punch hole in cover. Patent for a user personalized cancel, with oval essay illustrating the use of the patent, the user would self-cancel the stamp by writing date and return address on the stamp, the city where the stamp was purchased would be printed on the stamp.
