Underpaid Cover From Seoul to Chemulpo (Inchon), #6, franked with 2nd printing 5 poon tied by indistinct "Hansung" bisected-circle with "T" double-circle postage due handstamp alongside (both in brown), additionally franked on reverse with 1st printing 5 poon pair (Scott #6a) tied on reverse by brown Postage Due boxed handstamps, cover fault at top left and one of 1st printing stamps defective, possibly double-weight which should have been franked with 10 poon postage, and was charged double-penalty for 5 poon deficit. Less than six Korean Empire postage due covers are believed to exist, and this may be the only on-cover example of the small circular 'T' marking. Opened along top, and would split neatly for display .
