Korea; Japanese Post Offices in Korea, 1886 (Jan.) Cover From Inchon to Shanghai, #74, to Customs House in Shanghai, China franked with Japan 5 sen Koban, tied by "Ninsen Ko" double-circle postmark with additional strike alongside, "Nagasaki Japan" transit (Jan. 11), backstamped "IJPA Shanghai" and Chinese "Customs Shanghai" (both Jan. 13), posthumous handwritten notation in red and few minor tone spots, otherwise sound and highly attractive, , very rare usage from Japanese post office in Korea to Imperial Chinese Customs post office, an early example of Ninsen Port postmark which is rare even on single stamps. Cover demonstrates the standard 5 sen UPU letter rate for Foreign destinations rather than any special rate to China .

Korea; Japanese Post Offices in Korea, 1892 France 10c Postal Card to Chemulpo, Korea, #France 73, from French National Society of Topography, canceled by "Paris" postmark with additional strike alongside, sent via China and Japan with various transits; French "Shang-hai" transit backstamp (Jan. 2, 1893) and on front Japanese "IJPO Shanghai Meiji" (Jan. 7), "Nagasaki Japan Meiji" (Jan. 9) with "IJPO Ninsen Meiji" arrival (Jan. 14), handwritten message on reverse, some light corner creases but highly attractive with interesting routing.

Korea; Japanese Post Offices in Korea, 1924 (Feb. 13) Double-Registered Cover to Canada, franked with Japan 20 sen Fuji pair and single (#175), tied by purple "Gensan Chosen" comb-type postmarks, with "A.R." handstamp alongside, backstamps over flap opening of "Kobe 2" (Feb. 17), Canadian "Victoria BC" (Feb. 29), and "Toronto" (March 4, 5), , very early usage of the Gensan Chosen comb-type cancellation at the short-lived rate 60 sen rate, which actually decreased to 42 sen in October 1925 .
