Special Delivery 10c, some overprints inverted, affixed to portion of album page, slight soiling, a Fine set. Done by the Portuguese P.O. on receipt from UPU in Berne before sending them to their Colonies, further portion of the "Alvaro Garcia" Cuba exhibit collection. Rare in complete set .
