U.S.; Parcel Post, 1913, 5¢ "Mail Train" Adopted Vignette on India, in Carmine, #Q5-E5, die sunk on full card, with untrimmed India around the die area, a square of the India cut away removing the frame and leaving just the vignette, with blue control #559207 on back, it is speculated the vignette was given to the engraver Charles Chalmers to show examples of his work, fresh and attractive, Extremely Fine, 1972 P.F. cert. Unique .
