Canada; British Columbia & Vancouver Island, 1860, 2½d Dull Rose, Imperf, #1, ungummed, "small filled in thin spot", very nice margins all round, very fresh. Stamp never placed into use. Current research suggests all of these were produced without gum and privately gummed at a later time. 1989 PF cert.
