Korea; Empire Covers and Used Postal Stationery, 1901 (July 29) Registered Philatelic Cover to Russia, #31, via China franked with 50 chon plum blossom pair, tied by "Seoul Coree" postmarks, with additional strike and faint red boxed registration handstamp alongside, indistinct "Chemulpo Coree" transit backstamp and "St. Petersburg" arrival backstamp (Sept. 2), some wear but not affecting stamps.
