Foreign Collections, Fabulous Country Collections, two banker boxes with better mixed mint and used country collections, appear to have been bought to form complete world collection, lot of French, Italian and German Colonies, Western Europe, Scandinavia, and South American countries, they are highly complete collections and run from classics in to the 1940s, appear to have been formed over many years, and broken down in to individual countries for retail sale, many appear to have had items bought and put in to be mounted with collection for expansion and not counted in catalog value, great for retail sales or for internet, must inspect, mixed condition.
