PAID in oval with 10 below, Harrisburg Oct 28 cds in black at left, created from a pre-war Harrisburgh circular date stamp, a key item for a CSA exhibit, Fine to Very Fine. Handstamp was used to prepare envelopes in advance for over the counter sales to postal patrons. Only recorded example, listing copy, illustration in CSA and Scott catalogs .
