U.S.; State Postal History, Illinois, Libertyville Stampless Cover, stampless envelope with red cds and marvelous red "3" rate marking, an exceptional Illinois fancy cancel, Fine to Very Fine. Only 7 covers recorded from this correspondence (Miss Albina Drew) with same markings, only one of the covers had letter which placed the use of these markings in early 1850's.
