"Pre Special Delivery", auxiliary markings, overseas usages, some in combination with other regular or back of book issues, few incoming, some used on stationery, few early with labels, later flights incl. crash, Zepp, E9 on Rome Alaska territorial, condition mixed but many years developing this collection, the largest grouping we have seen.
