Roanoke on April 12, 1906, entered mails at San Francisco April 16th without postage and sent to the Dead Letter Office with double circle postmark of April 17th, mailed again on May 6, 1906 and received in Pasadena May 7th, an amazing survivor of the fire after the earthquake, Very Fine. Earthquake occurred on April 18th and mail couldn't be cleared by P.O. for two weeks.
