Australia, 1940's Red Cross POW Cover to Capt. George Cousens, addressed to him in care of 19th Battalion, AIF, captured in Malaya, Melbourne censor markings, Fine to Very Fine. George Cousens was taken to Japan where he and other Allied POW's worked with Tokyo Rose under threat of death to make propaganda broadcasts, released after the war, he was not prosecuted by Australia, he was a well known Australian radio personality before and after the war.
