A.R. Gurrey Jr., The Surf Riders of Hawaii.
Considered the first book solely devoted to surfing, published circa 1911-14, eight pages illustrated with photographic prints hand-mounted on the pages, believed to be the first examples of surfing photography, couple small tears at the top of the cover, a great Hawaii and surfing item, previously only 5 copies known (this makes the sixth) .
