Paid 10, soldiers letter to New Jersey, mail from soldiers charged at 10¢, rate for over 300 miles, FLS with good content, including: "I am still on board of the ship Rhode Island…things is getting on better since General Twigs has become governor he has put in the Marshall Law in force and has all falters punished every day in the public square…", most mail by soldiers was sent due, some staining on back, otherwise Very Fine.
