(h.r.), 2c tiny thin, 10c thin, 20c value in the distribution had a smaller sans-serif ovpt., fresh throughout, mostly Fine to Very Fine. Usually only applied to the 50c to $5 for UPU distribution, presumably prepared for presentation purposes, the lower values through 15 cents were stamped "Specimen" upon receipt in Natal. 2013 Greene Foundation cert for $4. Only a few complete sets exist . Estimate $2,000-2,500.
