Argentina, Collection 1858 to 1945, Extensive mint and used with forgeries noted by expert on early issues, starting with Buenos Aires issues all genuine (1p brown unused & 3p green used both with certs), 5c Cordoba unused with cert, 1856 and 1860 Corrientes used, the Republic starts with nice selection of 1862 Escuditos and 1866-72 Rivadavias, few with certs incl 1864 15c imperf used (#10) which is genuine but with margins skillfully added (very nice appearing), and 1867 15c imperf (#16) unused large margins (small thin), then nice run of mint o.g. (occasional unused) 1884-95 issues, incl. 1891 5p and 20p high values, 1892 5c Rivadavia green color error (n.h.) plus various perf varieties, Officials complete, 1899-1903 to 20p incl 5c and 20c unissued color proofs, 1910 Centenary set, 1930 Revolution set to 20p and 50p high values (plus 50p "Muestra"), then virtually complete from 1908 on with Airmails complete incl. Zepp green ovpt set. A comprehensive intact collection with better items throughout (very high total cat. value), Fine to Very Fine overall.
