In 1994, Kurt and I opened Harmer-Schau Auctions in Northern California. Subsequently, we opened Harmer-Schau Auctions Northwest in Portland, OR in 1998."

Kurt Schau: "I have been on the national and international stamp show circuit for some years. I'm a member of the ASDA and formerly on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Chapter; I am an APS estate advisor and belong to many specialist societies. I am also on the Board of Directors of the local Boys and Girls club and a member of Rotary International."
